Will the World Support Human Living in Future - Our Sample Paper Will the World Support Human Living in Future? Our Sample Paper This paper tries to compare the valuation multiples and operating metrics of Crocs, Inc. for the sake of valuation of equity. The methods that will be used for analysis include DAE, DCF, DAROE models, Crocs ROE decomposition as well as Forecasting using the Company’s latest financial statements. The data analysis results bring out the fact that Crocs Inc. has a trend that is rising with regard to revenues after the 2008 inclined fall.According to our analysis, ROA and ROE have risen hence giving a challenge to its competitors. The model of this market is derived from the idea that for an average day, a company like croc should have roughly a higher value to that of its competitors in the same business, hence, Crocs Inc. is widely recommended as a must buy stock. The current rate of population growth and environmental pollution has left me with many questions. Natural resources are poorly managed, forests have been depleted, rivers are drying up, wild animals have been displaced and some have become extinct and ocean levels are rising. How we manage these resources sustainably? How will the future generation survive in this world if this is the status? Our fore fathers conserved the environment for us. What are we doing to ensure that our children and generations to be enjoy a clean environment? Scientists talk of global warming. Are we doing anything to mitigate effects of global warming and to protect our environment? Human population is growing at an alarming rate. Predatory forces have been threatening the housing of the poor in the world as a result of global capitalism hence the surplus population in the slums. Formal housing markets do not supply all the needs of the new housing therefore people live in streets and shanties. Growing population has also resulted in cutting down of trees since people need more places to settle, and more infrastructure. We have buildings and constructions being put across or along our rivers yet we know very well know that this is not right. Environmental bodies have put across clear policies and measures but no one seems to care. People have become greedy of the resources. Cutting down of trees and putting constructions along the rivers have resulted in to drying of the rivers. A lot of environmental education has been given. People have been sensitized on the key matters regarding the importance of environmental conservation but some have lent a deaf ear. Usage of non biodegradable substances is increasing. Polythenes and plastic containers are scattered all over. Dumping of wastes is no longer a sensitive issue. Trash is found all over. Few of us seem to care about the health effects that the trash might have on human being. What are we doing to ensure that our mother nature is clean? As many are advocating for planting of trees, many are doing logging off and poaching. Human beings have become greedy. Everyone is fighting for the natural resources but we do not utilize it sustainably. According to Diaz, apocalypse is getting to know the truth that is hidden from us by falsehood and misconceptions. For our ways of living to change, we must accept to change and work positively towards that change without being lured by anything. We must avoid any form of temptations and old stories that are not change oriented. It is however very impossible for humans to look away when they are confronted with disasters. They try to look for means of getting back to their normal situations or even to survive. At the end of the day, we should that we manage our natural resources sustainably. Besides whether the world will sustain human living in future, there is also the human fear whether the world will end and how will it happen. Global chaoses are increasing and I wonder where we are headed. What are the countries doing to protect people and their rights? Therefore, it is every ones responsibility to make sure that our mother nature is clean. Let us protect and conserve her since generations to come will depend on her for their survival. Does anyone care about this?
